As I said before, there is absolutely NO chance of this war turning nuclear. Everybody knows that the first country to use nukes anywhere on earth will be condemned by the entire world. That's why nukes have sat in their silos for the last 70 years or so. Far more likely that a terroris will set off a dirty bomb somewhere

What makes you think Putin will want to accept ANY kind of peace deal now ??? He knows his enemy is running out of ammunition so why not just push on, slaughter them all and take the entire country ??

Cutting off the amunition to Ukraine has made any kind of peace deal far LESS likely now.

france is one of 12 in nato. boots on the ground would mean nato is there. non combative in not going to work. u.n. peacekeepers might. well the u.n. wont enter a warzone... ceasefire so they can enter....

Macron was trying to make a name for himself acting Mr tough guy. No one with their right mind tagged along with his wacky idea. I think he should go read some French history see how well Napoleon did before him. Even the French foreign minister said there would be no French boots on the ground to fight against the Russians. I think we are a long way off putting boots on the ground yet. We haven't even given them any jets yet although I understand Sweden is planning to send a whole bunch very soon. Once that happens I dare say the rest will follow

It is getting very dangerous a few countries have said they might send special ops, advisers and military over there. What happens if the Russians bomb an area and one of them dies, do we go in full force against the Russians.

Hey even if they go in officially it's fair game. No one invited you to fight another man's war. This might all be a scare tactic to get the Russians to negotiate. But I do not see the Russians negotiating any more, they are going to dictate the terms of any end to this thing, they are marching through at an unprecedented rate of advance. Russia is doing exactly what the US does, go look up the Monroe doctrine which President James Monroe in December 1823 saids was no country can come to the western hemisphere try interfere or put military bases there. Russia is saying no NATO on our border with Ukraine. Not that hard to understand really. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

isreal is doing that same thing! what is it? lebanon needs to move 8 miles from their your own border... that is the conflict! israel would probably try to occupy the area. that is not going to fly.
