what is the latest niche that sells right now

Basically what I'm looking for are people who already know what they're doing with sending, have well established collection methods that are scrubbed and sent no more than 2-4 weeks from initial collection, all servers/warming up/spam laws/etc is on the affiliate, and that can send 6-7 figures daily. When done right, the unique to signup ratio is around 2:1. Top affiliates are making a good low-mid 5 figures/day with this, I just need to find a couple more.

What I'm NOT looking for, though, is the usual spammer trying to sell lists or BP servers. Like the classic "Hey, I have a stolen list from AFF with 14mil emails"... that shit doesn't work, I'm not dumb..
I'm also not looking for program owners who say "I have xx,xxx member emails in a list, what can I do with that?". I can point you in the right direction for that, but not what I want at the moment.
