I do a great omelette

Ham, mushrooms,onions, cheese and eggs, I make one for me ant my GF evey Sunday morning.Made one this morning, fried the left over mash form yesterday and it went down gooooooood.

Since my wife passed away I stopped eating red meat and rarely cook for myself. I think meat especially red meat is a leading cause of cancer.
