UK has a new peace plan, will it work, will the war end.

Starmer and Macron are butt hurt that they flew to Washington DC to beg Trump to continue the war and he turned them down. They are trying to give the illusion that they have some power which they do not. What they say or the other nobodies Starmer hurriedly brought into 10 Downing Street yesterday does not count.

The number one reason this special military conflict started was Putin told the west for years, no NATO boots on the ground in Ukraine. Now the want to put the same people on the ground in Ukraine under some Peace keeper" mantra, never going to happen. The only terms of the end to this conflict is what Putin says, everything else is a waste of time.

President Trump wants the killing to stop and peace. If Elon Musk cancel Starlink in Ukraine these 2 actions will bring Zelensky to his senses and sit down make a peace agreement. Dreaming big is good but you have to be realistic, this conflict was always going to be won by Russia and the final outcome would be on Russia's terms. Zelensky is only prolonging the death and destruction, not to mention more territory falling to Russia.

Why should Putin want to make a peace deal now ??? He knows that Trump has basically abandoned Ukraine, killed off NATO and won't support European peace keepers so what's to stop him rolling forward and taking the rest of Ukraine, the Baltic states and anything else he wants ?? This is his golden opportunity.

Even if he does make a deal, he sure as hell wont stick to it. He already tore up the 2015 Minsk agreements after just a few months and ever since he has been at war with Ukraine and the rest of Europe

Trump is not making peace. He simply picks a side and hands everything to them just like he did in Gaza. There he simply told the Palestinians to get out and handed everything to Israel on a plate. Now he is doing the exact same thing with Putin. If Trump seriously believes that Putin won't break deal then he has nothing to loose by backing Europe's peace keepers.

Mark my words, this is no peace deal. This is a recipe for WW3 just as soon as Putin can build his forces back up and attack again

Back then Hitler claimed that parts of Czechoslovakia were ethnically German and should be part of Germany. The allies met and agreed the Munich peace treaty to which Czechoslovakia was NOT invited. Then Czechoslovakia were forced to accept the peace deal (with NO security guarantees) otherwise they would be held responsible for starting the war. The end result was World War 2

Fast forward to today and Putin is claiming that parts of Ukraine are ethnically Russian and should be part of Russia. So Russia and US agree a peace deal without inviting Ukraine. Then Ukraine is being forced to accept the peace treaty with NO security guarantees otherwise Ukraine will be responsible for prolonging the war

Why we should we expect the outcome today to be any different than it was back then ????
