hope you don't host with godaddy

[BlazeMaker]

I have some domains there, but fortunately they don't host any of my websites.

[JPDomains]

They will bounce back before you can say "Bob's your uncle."

[Abby]

Been some time now for me, they do have good hosting for small sites like mine.

[Colmike7]

As much as I hate them, they're a good company for both hosting and as a registrar.
Ever have a super cheap host that never replies to support emails but is always ready to take a payment? Those are way worse.

Saying that a company is bad based off of a data breach is dumb. Chances are that I have more data on every one of you here than you realize, you just don't know it.. :p

[DeSexGuide]

Never tried their hosting so no comments

It happens everywhere

[cimage]

By now every Godaddy client who hosts with them has seen this, and hopefully made arrangements for their hosting.

[BHT]

I know a lot of webmasters who happily host with them

I used to have a vps there. Support sucked, price was ok but only because I did the 2 year deal at the time. Definitely don't recommend. You can do better. Right now I spend just over $15 per month for 8cpu, 8g ram, 200g ssd, unmanaged vps and it takes care of what I need. My ops is small and I don't need all the extra bs. I slapped in free vestaCP, got a second small vps for backups and called it a day. My host is linked in signature of you're interested. They also offer managed and shared. I've used their managed services before and support is great, no complaints.

[LGY1]

Never experienced any problems with Godaddy, not for my domains or hosting.

[bbwlover]

thumbs for Godaddy

[JBX]

Not hosting there but a Saturday bump for others to read

[rx_tom]

Shit happens that's life!

[koster]

Godaddy is the best registrar, I'll leave it at that.

They have my vote on this too

[Lenny]
