removing the comments box in blog posts

[XpressPete]

Never seen a real comment on any of my blogs, all that get posted are spam.

[voyeurz]

Just disable comments in case you want to turn them back on in the future.

~ never mind I saw the rest of your post.

How I do it on my end

[badkitty]

comments are worthless

Jut how I feel

[Mitch]

Once you ban comments it only makes sense to clean up the look of the pages by deleting the comments field altogether, my 1 cent on this.

[alina]

Comments are there but no one comments any time on my posts, what can I do to get more active users who will comment on my posts.

[razor]

You never see any comments open on my blogs, it is just asking for spam.

[deviantz]

less is often more effective on sites.
