Simple fact of advertising is do not alienate your core base of buyers, Bud Light went for the all inclusive woke angle of appealing to a few trans people and forgot who their base was, Joe and Jane blue collar crowd. They got a hard and fast wake up call. Miller, Coors, Michelob and other brands must be laughing their asses off at this mega mistake.

I called this one earlier in this thread, she had to go and finally the big shots at Budweiser came to their senses that her ad campaign was a massive mistake and cost them "biggley" in sales and stock value.
Good ridance to her.
"Bud Light marketing VP Alissa Heinerscheid, who said the brand was “fratty” and “out of touch,” and devised the much-criticized Dylan Mulvaney partnership, is taking a leave of absence.
Heinerscheid, who has led the brand since June, will be replaced by Budweiser global marketing VP Todd Allen, according to Ad Age."

I can not see how this was ever a god idea to go for the trans community and make your established base of drinkers pissed.

What a great marketing plan, instead of increasing your company stock value and sales, you did the opposite lol.
Well done Budweiser your competition has picked up sales, yours has gone down and your stock price has been hurt to.

"....led to a dip in Bud Light store sales by an astonishing 17%, according to industry research."
"Coors Light & Miller Light
Coors Light, the second-most popular beer brand in America, appears to have picked up market share from leading giant Bud Light. The data from NielsenIQ and Bump Williams Consulting published by the Wall Street Journal also revealed Coors Light sales increased 17.6% in the week ending April 15.
Miller Lite saw a boost in sales, also 17.6%, in the same week compared to last year.
Both brands are owned by the same company: Molson Coors Beverage Co. The Colorado-based brewing giant is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “TAP.” The stock is up 14.94% over the past month as the Bud Light debacle played out."

This is not going to bring back the buying public, they need to come out with an ad campaign that will benefit the buyers.
