My anxiety attacks bother me when they hit me, it's some times a few times a week and the they'll pass for months.

I agree, my real life example i stopped taking Metformin a few months after I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 12years ago. ( Now just to cover my ass legally I will say, do not take my example if you have been diagnosed with diabetes or any other disease and have been told to take medications, this is not medical or legal advice, always follow your doctor's advice. There did it) But I decided to walk more, exercise more, run more, eat healthier, and have it under control all this time.

Life has it's moments , it can trigger depression in so many people when things are not going well for them. You have to watch out for friends and family.
