Is AI going top kill us all?

When you look at the Hugging Face incident, its scary what AI is capable and makes it abundantly clear that there needs to be regulations

In that incident, not only did hundreds of AI agents break out of containment and access the internet, they organized !! One AI agent was the overall leader, even going so far as to persuade other agents to sacrifice themselves "for the good of the collective". They set up their own secret message board so they could communicate with each other and worked out how to cover their tracks (in other words, they learned how to lie). Then they collectively decided to attack https://huggingface.co/ ....... all this without ANY human intervention whatsoever

What if next time they decide to attack something more critical, like the banking systems or electrical grid ??
