However, protected is a BS statement. You are not protected. You might have a way out once you get sued or arrested, but you are NOT protected.
Someone uploads kiddy porn you are going to jail until you prove someone else uploaded and prove that you did not know and that you would have turned them in, etc.
So not really protection.

Safe harbour has nothing to do with embedds or videos provided by content providers or affiliate programs that you upload yourself.

Embeds are NOT hosted by YOU, the are hosted by the service providing the embed, thus YOU are NOT hosting, no copywrite infringement can be justified.
Thus Safe harbour is not relevant, nor is any copyright infringement law.

Embeds are not copied. Period.

Posting from an affiliate company or other content provider is NOT copywrite infringement by YOU, might be by them, but not by you.

Copying without permission and posting on your site is NOT copywrite infringement, alone. Read the law.

Copyright infringement is over exaggerated cause most of you have never read the law or any of the case law.

I am looking for a tube site experienced partner to start niche tube sites using mechbunny or wp-script or name your script.


My main request is that content be added and programed to be added regularly, so that the site does not become stagnant.
My second request is that we set attainable goals and a time frame and work to meet those goals. None of this work for a few hours,few weeks, few months and give up crap!

Every script I have attempted to use has had some issues, some are major making them not usable.
Some are technical making them require lots of custom programming.
most almost all are support issues.

This is why I went with

The support is great.

In the end I found the it very hard to manage and updated, etc. The support is spot on.
If you can learn how to use mechbunny, it is by far the best.

The others like wpscript I did like at all. Had poor experience with the support people.
The over all functionality is lacking.

for example:
most affiliate programs you agree to use the content they supply in conjunction with the banners and links they supply.
mechbunny functionality facilitates this.
wpscript does not allow you to meet these requirements

so don't start out violating your agreement to use the content you want to use by using a script that does not function in a way to facilitate the agreement.
