Where is CPanel do you edit the DNS for a subdomain. Setting up the subdomain was easy now I have to point the DNS to the white label site.

Under domains go to dns zone editor. Add your sub setting to the domain its on. The program should have given you the info to add, cname or a record most likely.

I am in CPanel at "domains"

I clicked on the domain I want to add the subdomain to, (the domain is a working site)is it where it says "add record" so I would add subdomain.atdomain.com?

Exactly. Click on +A Record or +CNAME Record under the domain where you want to add and follow the example it gives. Or click on the corresponding manage button and add them there. You can also add other records (txt, AAAA, etc) within manage.

You can setup and add individual IP's for subdomains but not name servers, just go to CPanel, Zone editor, click the domain you want a new subdomain on, then manage, add the A name save you are all set.

$300 per server a year is not very little when you have 2 accounts.
