I think the problem is you are trying to appeal to users and webmasters on the same page and end up appealing to neither.

Users are looking for porn (there's no porn on there) and webmasters are looking for the forums (there's no forums on there either) so you end up with the worst of both worlds

I would forget the users (or send them to another page/domain) and redirect the index to the forum index at https://www.sponsorchat.com/forum/index.php

That way webmasters go straight into the forums
