That's excellent news, mate. I also tried to quit smoking a long time ago, but I just realized that no matter how hard I tried, I would still do a cigarette or two at a point. I realized that it would be better to look for alternative healthier ways when it comes to smoking

You have to put your mind to it and there is no one or two a day, it soon becomes 10 or 12 a day. Been there many a time.
