I had this spam email which got my attention they were selling MILF photo sets, so I click on the url in the message and it says

" We appreciate your interest in our content. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to allow international traffic or online transactions. "

Is this related to the Mastercard news that was talked about here recently?

Probably has to do with the billing they have on their end.

Going to be hard for them to sell by spamming if they can not do online transactions and no international sales
