Well this bollocks puts the blockers on istripper for me:

To receive your payment, you need to provide us with a valid copy of a recent utility bill. Please upload it from your profile.

I do not have any utility bills in my name I don't even own a cell phone so there is no bill there to provide either.
As for ID the UK does not issue people with Identity Cards ! unless you work for the government or military (and mine expired many years ago)

Technically it should be me asking you for this information ! before I potentially send any sales in your direction.

You could contact and ask if there's acceptable alternative docs you can use. Current bank statement with your addy for example. Even if you don't get paper statements you can usually download in pdf
