[BUSINESS] can you recover a deleted WP post

I deleted a post off one of my blogs I really wanted to keep. I have backups of the site and database but do not want to use that so the posts after the back up copy do not get lost too, any ideas.

Thanks colmike7, that post had a sponsor (paid) description with their links, I did not want to delete it or be called out for scamming them, it happened by accident. And the post date was important so they do not think I removed it and re-posted it again.
