[NON-BUSINESS] I am no fan of Ellen DeGeneres but what she said really touched me the right way

I'm no fan of Ellen DeGeneres and this is not secret, I have said it here before. But what I just read really impressed me, that to me is really on the mark and great to hear. I highlighted the comment she made in bold. This is so good when 2 people can disagree on things but still have a friendship and mutual respect for one another, I feel this is missing in politics today. Not just politicians but with too many people

Ellen says she and her wife Portia de Rossi were invited to the game by Jerry Jones' daughter Charlotte Jones ... and the most difficult part about the experience was trying to secretly root for the opposing team.

Turns out, Ellen is a big Green Bay Packers fan because she's also friends with Aaron Rodgers.

The good news for Ellen ... the Pack beat the snot out of the Cowboys on Sunday in a 34 to 24 victory."
