It's been a long week, started on Sunday, sleep late, wake up early run around, just glad it's Friday evening and going to try relax this weekend. Sleep is very important, anything less than 5 hours a night I am just tired all day.

BFP; The last time I slept 8 hours was when I was a baby if that, I have never slept more than 5 or 6 hours a night.

Bill; I am not into any pills, unless absolutely necessary, I won't even take Advil or Tylenol when I have a blistering tooth ache or cold.

Brassmonkey; I know that feeling. But wil take it easy this weekend, lucky for me the dragon has nothing planned, usually one day each weekend she has people over for a barbecue, she's got plans so I lucked out this weekend.

If I was to honestly say how much productive work I have done this weekend it would be minimal but I had a good rest and ready to get back to work in the morning.

Drinking dehydrates the body and that contributes to feeling lethargic , when I drink more an average I drink a lot of water it helps.

Weekends are the fun time in the week and by Monday morning I could use a break to recoup and recover from the partying I do on the weekend.
