Without reading the transcript of the conversation,
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says President Trump breached his constitutional responsibilities and asked a foreign government to help his political campaign.

How did she come to this conclusion without reading the transcript?
Do you let other people read the news and then tell you their take on it.. Oh wait, most of you do.

This is a bill that Pelosi has stated several time will never reach the floor. The republicans are not pushing very hard for it to reach the floor either.
