How hard can it be to be a rep be honest, you sit behind your 'puter and answer questions for a steady income.

I did more than a regular rep, though, and is probably why I was paid more.
Besides the usual answering emails, I also ran all of tech support for a while as well as going through 10,000+ affiliate sites fixing anything that you can think of from bad design to fixing sites that were hacked. I still have a contract for a year saying that I can't really say any details about anything, though.

The problem is reps typically can not do their own affiliate sales, so they need to hustle to bring in affiliates who make sales to get their commission.
