who has clean mailing lists

Leave a note here if you do, how old the list is, how many emails on it and how many times it as been used, oh and a price.

I have a huge list, gets used about 6 times a month or so, I have a few million email records, I verify each email monthly which is expensive as hell but definitely worth it. I also manage opt-outs within my database so when I generate data lists they are verified and clean opted in records.

If they control the mailing it is in their hands. I doubt they give a copy of the list to some one paying for a one time mailer.
