As of Friday when I went to see what my last blood test results were, I was told I need metformin 250 mg morning and 250mg at night.I did my best to control things but it's past eating and exercise. I'm kind of ticked off having heard how diabetes can give you heart attack, strokes, you can go blind and your legs cut off. Cheer me up.

500mg a day total is not high dosage my father takes 2,000mg of it a day for years. Plus some other pill for his diabetes.Take care of your eating habits you will be fine.

One vaccine I will take and endorse is a diabetes vaccine if it ever gets put out there.

Junk food is the biggest reason people get diabetes.
