I'm paying $169 a month now and for 8 days I have had to open 9 tickets to tell them my sites are down. I want a fully managed server with daily backups about 11.8gigs and for them to know when the sites are down due to DDos attacks not for me to have to wake up all hours to open a ticket.

The cheapest is not always the best option, ask me I had so much problems the first month I went with a discount host.

We've been with https://opti9tech.com/ (formerly Webair) for over 20 years. We very rarely have to wait more than about 20 mins to get a support ticket answered but to be fair, we do have 7 or 8 servers with them

We also have some backup servers with Mojo and they seem to be on the ball too

A tip do not use a host at your domain registrar if they offer one, they can be a pain in the ass if you run adult sites, been there done that will leave out the name of the host for now.
