What sites you are selling with the account and how many and how much are you asking for that sites, I don;t want your accounts or accumulated moneys I want producing sites.

Write CCbill they offer checks and wires internationally, they offer ACH for US accounts and SEPA for European accounts.

No sites are being sold, they will be repurposed

The support gave me 5 different answers but it seems they will only send paper checks now to anyone outside US

I ran a network of sites with different themes, a lot of programs would turn dead or remove payouts.At one point I just left them there instead of asking for them to be removed
