The biggest scam is the "Pay day loans" I see advertised. They prey on broke people living paycheck to paycheck charging huge fees and interest rates for an advance until the next check. If people get into these situations they will never get out of it. I saw one ad claiming only 24% plus fees, the actual APR was 33%. That is ridiculous.
