My comfort temperature is 72 and my girl friend likes it 75, it's pissing me off man I can not sleep.

I like it cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter, 75F in the Winter is not too bad, a little on the hot side by a degree or two but in the ball park.
Tell your girlfriend to cuddle up to you in bed so she stays warm

I like it warm at night so I set it at 73 and cool in the day time so its at 68.

Not every one has the choice to set it at what they feel comfy at, cost of energy is high and people on low income and the elderly turn it down in the Winter to save money.
