A new $250 bill with Trump's face on it might happen

Man it would be so cool to have a $250 dollar bill, a $50 and $100 is not worth much when you go out, just carry a couple of $250 bills and you are good to go. I hope they do it.


GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - President Donald Trump’s face on a new currency? A South Carolina lawmaker proposed legislation to make it happen.

Rep. Joe Wilson introduced the “Donald J. Trump $250 Bill Act” on Thursday. If passed, it would direct the Bureau of Printing and Engraving to design and print a new $250 bill bearing the image of Trump.

Currently, legislation bans living people from appearing on legal U.S. tender. Wilson’s bill would also change the law to allow anyone who has served as president to appear on bills.

Other Republican lawmakers cosponsoring the bill include Representatives Ralph Norman of South Carolina, Diana Harshbarger of Tennessee, and Darrell Issa of California.

Some gas here stations do not accept $100 bills I do not see them taking a $250 bill.
