This question comes up all the time, it is not so much traffic companies want to sell bot traffic , it is that bots get past the quality control mechanisms they have in place.
Always looking to make deals with world wide traffic ping me if inetrested

The real problem with buying traffic these days is how to tell whether your getting BOT traffic or real traffic ??? There simply is no way to tell the difference anymore
Years ago there used to be a few things you could do to tell the difference (eg check whether javascript was enabled as bots didn't tend to have that, see how many subsequent clicks a user made as most bots would just hit the site once and then close etc) but bots get past all that these days
Just think, Alexa.com finally gave up their ranking system after years in the biz because they simply couldn't filter out the bots anymore....... so what chance have you got ??

Is there any scripts that can detect and block bots on a consistent level?

I hope who ever first came up with the idea of bots to cheat counters died of a painful disease.

You have to factor in a certain percentage of the hits you pay for being fake , that is all there is to this.
