I was thinking of opening a paxum personal account to use for affiliate payouts form sponsors who do not have paypal and some of the terms do not make sense to me.

They don't allow US accounts what is with that.
They list the former Ukraine regions as non-eligible too, yet the owner is a Russian, none of this makes sense.
Interestingly Ukrainian sponsors use Paxum.
Paxum allows Russian and Ukrainian personal accounts but not US ones!
