Phobias can lead to anxiety attacks I have a friend who is shit scared of dying in his sleep and gets panic attacks.

Not a phobia I just do not like spiders.

I dated a woman who would wake up form her sleep with a panic attack,it was not something she learned to control, and would run around yelling not knowing what to do. I felt bad for her but she would not go see a doctor. This happened at least once a week.
