What I noticed with the changes here there is Bootstrap being used.I think I want to do a similar upper nav bar on some of my sites so Is Bootstrap hard to implement?

In my opinion it is easy to use, however the navbar can be a pain to get it just how you like it.
Once you got it down it is easy. You can do all kinds of stuff with it on your pages. I would say php is much more harder to learn than bootstrap.

You simply upload to folders into your css file and then include the bootstrap core css file. Sorta like this:

Then you can include your custom css under it sorta like this:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="/css/your-custom-css.css">

Then you have to include bootstraps javscript file at the bottom of your code before the </body> tag sorta like this:

<script src="/css/bootstrap/v502/js/bootstrap.bundle.min.js"></script>

I prefer the 5.0.2 version. I tried the 5.2 version but it is a little different and I didn't like it. But to each their own.

Bootstrap is easy to use. If you use WordPress, you can find plenty of ready made themes based on bootstrap by doing a search for it at wordpress.org

It's apples and oranges. All Bootstrap is is a design layout while php actually does shit. Completely different animals.

It's not hard to learn. Just start out with simple stuff.

Install (upload two folders, basically) bootstrap, then, upload a bootstrap sample template and start messing with it. All bootstrap is, is premade css for site layouts. It's great for responsive designs.
