This new layout is cool and the colors are fine just the background needs to go darker or all the way to black can you test it out for a day or two.Go darker or black not touch the other colors.

I still think you should only have the default phpbb theme and the dark mode. No need to get into the rainbow of colors, honestly.

Forced all green and red theme users to the original theme through the admin panel then disabled those two themes and deleted them

Black is the one I have been using since you installed it,the thing is cool and very comfortable on the eyes. If you can tone down the blue it is a bit too bright otherwise it is fine.
