Pornhub blocked users in Virginia

[Leatherman]

My impression of Virginia was it is more liberal and open to free speech. I must be wrong.

Well they are getting to their goal of forcing porn sites to restrict viewers form their state.

Here is the issue as I see it.

They will end up forcing Google to restrict content to these areas as Google is the largest PORN site in existence.

Each law will fall as that law affects Google.

Age restriction laws are discriminatory and violate the first amendment.

Also as the video on porn hub states. If you want to block the site, do it from the device level.

Forcing a website to retrieve your personal data, to then determine if you are in a specific area, to then determine if a law restricts or allows you, according to your age, race, height, weight, whatever restrictions/requirements to enter the site IS not constitutional. From my experience.

No Government can force you to break a law in an attempt to enforce another law.
