How would they decide what is against their rule, if you have a Paypal account and you post something on a site that is judged by Paypal to be offensive they would go deduct $2500 form your account?

Has any one ever been fined $2,500 for what they said?

My gut feeling is this was put in the terms to prevent hate speech and will not be enforced with every minor post people make. It is more a deterrent than anything else.

If they start fining people $2500 each then we will hear about it, it will go viral on social media.
