Can not change my Twitter top image

It has been giving me an error, I delete the current top image, upload a new one, it shows until i click "Save" then it reverts back to the old one and an error messages shows up "Something went wrong but don't fret - its not you" or some words like that.

It could be except that it says the issue is on their side.
