The only thing i would suggest is have a "Most Popular" or "Tranding" section accross the top of the page so you are showing the user your best content first.

Much more likely too engage the user with your best content rather than just that banner spot

20 is a bit short. So long as you lazy load all your images then you can certainly bump that up a bit

Here's a trick that some of the big tubes use. They display fewer items on a mobile screen than on a destop (because a mobile screen requires a LOT more scrolling)

Suppose all your videos are in a div with an id="wrapper". You can hide the last 4 elements on mobile screens with
