[NON-BUSINESS] McDonalds closing 850 restaurants in Russia

[Hosting Fred]

McDonalds closing 850 restaurants in Russia well that sucks if you want a BigMac and fries.

[TheButcher]

I love a Big mac but have been trying to eat healthy for over two and a half years, so have one maybe every 4 months or so. It will only help local restaurants make more sales.

I think EVERY major corporate with ties to Russia is going to have to close down their Russian activities now.

Government sanctions is one thing but Im amazed at the number of private sanctions. Thats Macdonald's, Starbucks, Unilever, Netflix, Coca Cola, Shell, FIFA, The Olympics and then of course there is the big one.......the eurovision song contest !!!!.

Anybody left doing business in Russia will be coming under massive public pressure to stop. This is like a whole new kind of warfare
