I saw the news and was thinking to myself how many minutes will it be before BrasSmonkey posts it. No one is or should be above the law,now comes the appeal and will daddy pardon him.

At least this shows that the judicial system is NOT rigged and being run by Biden as Trump keeps claiming. Nobody is above the law whether you are an ex president or a president's son

So according to you the justice system is rigged when its prosecuting Trump but is perfectly fair when prosecuting Hunter Biden ?????

Both court cases had nothing to do with politics and both were conducted fairly

you didn't watch the video! do you know what do process is? the complete charges were not laid out! ex. primary: robbery 2nd: felon with a gun 2nd: assault 2nd: discharging a weapon in a dwelling... of the charges for trump the required secondary was empty! that means there are no charges. ex robbery has no secondary but additional that can be added to it. i taught myself landlord tenant law

won a few cases in my youth. i understand what they are saying. the appeal is going to eat that judge and prosecutors ass!!

The word is "due diligence" and 12 ordinary members of the public found Trump guilty by a unanimous verdict. Just as they did Biden. You can argue all you want about the justice system being rigged but Biden's conviction proves you are WRONG !

god you never listen! a expert in law explains it! hunter biden and trump cases are not the same! trumps charges require a secondary charge. remember i told you that when they go in and maybe erase the conviction. which probably will fall under double jeopardy and the end... i think it is going to get violent. a lot of people may die... we shall see. experts are saying a civil war is coming.
